Registration: Students can reserve a place in class either by pre-registering on-line, by phone or in person at The Kitchen Workshop. We suggest you reserve a seat as early as possible as class size is limited to 12 students. If a class is full, you may request that your name be placed on a waiting list. Full payment must be made at time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Cash.

If in the rare instance that a class does not have enough participants, The Kitchen Workshop will usually reschedule that class and either refund a registered person’s money for that class or apply it to a future class.

Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather. If a class is cancelled we will do our best to notify you at the phone number you provided at the time of registration. We will also attempt to update our phone message and web site in such cases. If bad weather is upon us or predicted, we suggest you call before coming to class.

Refunds: Although tuition is non-refundable, you can transfer to another class up to 48 hours before your scheduled class. Please call us to make such arrangements. If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for you may also send someone else in your place. Again, please call us.

Gift Certificates: Each purchased Gift Certificate is good for one regular priced class. Gift Certificates can not be used for CCNS classes or other special classes. All Gift Certificate sales are non-refundable.

Photographs: The Kitchen Workshop reserves the right to use photographs taken during classes and other programs for the marketing and promotion of The Kitchen Workshop. Any person who does not wish to be photographed, or have his or her child photographed is asked to notify us upon registration.
